Piggy Bank

the night before my father went into the hospital, he was going to start giving Gyllyan a $1 for her piggy bank...unfortunatly, he was only able to give it to her one time.
And now she is soo into her piggy bank (actually, it's a unicorn that my dad & Patsy bought for her on her 1st birthday) so I give her all of my pennies or "ALL OF THEM" as she calls it.

Allergic Reaction

On Friday night, I got my hair done and apparently I am allergic to a product that was put in my hair...1st it started with my scalp itching uncontrollably, then sneezing, & my eyes itching. (I think it got this bad because I touched my eyes with the product on them)

Today, it is getting better but still I'm still swollen, so I will keep the sunglasses on in public for another day!

yesterday was such a gorgeous day, that we spent most of it in the pool..McKendra was showing me all of her "tricks" and I showed her a few new ones!

I starting babysitting this sweet little boy last week...

Yesterday, "the girls" & I spend some time at Tracy's mom's house by the pool with the new babies..

Beer Bread Recipe

here's the recipe for those of you who don't have any from Tastefully Simple...this recipe is very easy!

3 Cups Self Rising flour
1 can/bottle beer (you can also use any carbonated drink but it changes the taste a little)
4 tablespoons sugar

-mix together and pour in a greased loaf pan

-melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine and pour over top of raw bread

-bake at 350 for 50 mins - 1 hour
