Seaside Heights

My Aunt Terri invited us to go down the shore with her for the week.

We had alot of fun, especially, this kid, spending time at the beach & the boardwalk!

she wanted to play in the sand as soon as we got there, so I let her go on the beach while we were walking the boards the 1st night.

she love, love, loves bumper cars!

as soon as Gyllyan saw the ferris wheel, (when we pulled into Seaside) she could not wait to go on it!

I met Sherri & her kids at the racetrack for a picnic..the kids loved it!
There were lots of tables to sit at, a playground, a bar for the adults & you can bet out there if you want to while watching the races..We all had a really good time!

Gyllyan was so funny, as soon as she heard the horns blow, she would run up to the fence knowing that a race was gonna start.

this Jockey was nice enough to walk the horse over for the kids to see.

I know I'm really behind on blogging but here are a few pics from the party..we all had a good time & the party was just rapping up when the "crazy" storm blew in!

a little flip cup game..I never played before but it was so much fun!

Independence Day

New Tattoos

My uncle asked me to go out to eat today & I told him about a tattoo shop right down the street that I wanted to check out to get a new tattoo...the next thing ya know, we were in there making appointments for tonight & both got new tattoos!

Please Touch Museum

My friend Patty has a membership so we took Gyllyan, Patty's 2 kids & 3 others (not my idea!). The kids did have a really good time & were really good. If you have never been here, GO! It was alot of fun!

A day of fun with the girls...

Yesterday, I spent the day with Gyllyan & Maggie (we were watching Maggie). We went to the playground, Walmart, played & made dinner...then once Nikki came home, we took the girls for some ice cream at Shady Brook so they could play some more.
Needless to say, I was exhausted however, no matter how much playing she does, Gyllyan never wants to leave or stop playing!

SUCCESS!

The other night at Truman's graduation ceremony, there was a key-note speaker, Robert Schooley and when he first started speaking we all were not sure where he was going with his speech but by the time he was talking we were all in awe & have not stopped talking about him since. He was a Truman graduate, class of 1979, he is a writer & has worked for Disney & now Nickelodeon and this only proves that good things can come out of Bristol Township schools. So many people have so many "bad" things to say about this school district and even though I have not made anything great of myself, but many people have.

I am very proud to have graduated from Truman High School (class of 1993) & sometimes wish I was still in high school (for just a little bit longer!)

Harry S. Truman ~ Class of 2009

Ashleigh & Briana graduated today....
I still remember the day they were born & how when I spent the night at their house would sleep on the couch hoping to hear one of them cry in the middle of the night so I could rock them back to sleep.
Where have the past 18 years gone?!?!?
